Information on OSIDE

Conditions, recommendations and reports are informational and can change quickly. Always check posted warnings, lifeguards, hours and local rules before you go. Community reports come from residents and are labeled as such.

Partner updates

Partner businesses are responsible for the accuracy of what they post. OSIDE may edit, expire or remove updates, and never sells rankings.

OSIDE Cards and plans

Setup: an OSIDE Card costs $10 once and includes your Card page, a printable QR kit and 60 days of unlimited live posts. After 60 days your Card moves to the free Card plan (4 live posts a month) unless you choose a paid plan. We never charge you automatically when the 60 days end.

Plans: Local is $19/month (up to 60 live posts a month) and Live is $49/month (unlimited). Founding partners receive 50% off for their first 12 months. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; cancel anytime from your manage link, effective at the end of the billing period. The $10 setup fee is non-refundable once your Card is published. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Rankings: paying for a Card or plan never changes how Ask OSIDE ranks or recommends places.

OSIDE text messaging program

Program: OSIDE Partner Updates (details at osideca.com/sms). Partner businesses text live availability (for example open tables or class spots) to OSIDE and receive confirmations and replies about those updates.

Opt-in: by giving your mobile number on osideca.com/business and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting the OSIDE number first, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost: message frequency varies based on the updates you send. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt-out: reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP you'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: see our privacy policy. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
